AMF elects its board of directors following AGM

Swedish pension company AMF has elected its board of directors at its annual general meeting on 10 April 2025, with Lars Wedenborn re-elected as chairman of the board.

All board members were re-elected and the board is comprised of Renée Andersson, Anders Canemyr, Bengt-Åke Fagerman, Therese Guovelin, Lars Hildingsson, Helena Nordberg, Marie Rudberg, and Tomas With.

In accordance with the Articles of Association of AMF, Canemyr and Guovelin were appointed by the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and the Swedish Confederation of Trade Unions respectively as members to specifically safeguard the interests of policyholders and the insured.

In addition to this, Akademikerföreningenn senior controller, Jann Wiebols, and Forena employee representative, Ludwig Schubert, have been elected as staff representatives.

The board of directors consists only of ordinary members.
