Dutch pension fund SNS Reaal makes changes to its director and supervisory boards

Dutch pension fund SNS Reaal has appointed two new members to its board, Catelijne Reissenweber and Stephan Langen, following its call for applications in 2024.

Reissenweber is head of fund management at Athora, while Langen is head of portfolio management at ASN Impact Investors.

Additionally, there have been changes made to its supervisory board, with external agency Whyz selecting the candidates for this. Anne Kock has been a member of the supervisory board since 1 April.

Kock is a pension fund manager with a focus on asset management and programme director of the certified pension executive asset management course at Erasmus University.

The fund thanked its departing members Eric Bot and Benno Honsdrecht who stepped down on 14 January and 3 July respectively from the board. It also thanked Arjen Plasma, who stepped down as a member of the supervisory board on 31 March.

Bot will continue to work as an external advisor for the board this year.
