- Finnish public sector pension provider Keva has redesigned its website, in line with its rebranding for its 60th anniversary.
Keva said the website is now fresher, more sophisticated and easier to understand than its predecessor. The new layout has been redesigned with accessibility in mind, including colour contrasts, margins and typography. The redesign focuses on the visual elements of the site, while the structure, content and functionality have been kept the same.
Ireland’s Pensions Authority has published information on the annual compliance statement (ACS) for 2024, which is provided for under the Pensions Act.
Section 26T of the Pensions Act requires trustees to prepare an ACS no later than 31 January each year for the preceding year for the purposes of prudential supervision. The ACS must be certified for accuracy and completeness by at least two trustees or in the case of a corporate trustee by at least two directors. The form to be used for the 2024 ACS is available on the authority’s website and needs to be completed by 31 January 2025.
- Ireland’s Pensions Authority has also created a dedicated website page with information on the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
Any relevant updates from the authority on DORA will be provided through this page. It has previously published a guidance note on the regulation for trustees and has also now published a Q&A sheet. The regulation will apply from 17 January 2025.
