Netspar appoints Charlotte van Boxtel as operations coordinator

The Network for Studies on Pensions, Ageing and Retirement (Netspar) has announced the appointment of Charlotte van Boxtel as operations coordinator in both its social and commercial organisations, effective from 1 October.

Van Boxtel gained her experience as a municipality and a bank-insurer, where she was involved in various aspects of business operations and improving teamwork.

“Team building comes naturally to me, and I really enjoy empowering people. Collaboration at all levels works both ways and gives direction to daily practice,” Van Boxtel said.

The organisation is currently implementing its 2023–2027 Action Plan and, at the same time, preparing a vision for the period after in collaboration with its Foundation Board and Supervisory Board.

It said that her knowledge and experience are an “excellent match” for what its knowledge network currently represents.

“Netspar’s social impact appeals to me. I also find pensions very interesting and important. I think too few people realise how important it is to pay attention to this subject,” Van Boxtel added.
