NBIM disposes of Paris office building

Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), which is responsible for the investments of the Government Pension Fund Global (GPFG), has disposed of an office building in Paris, France.

The partnership between NBIM and AXA France have signed an agreement to sell the ‘Society Lorette’ property located on 24-26 rue Le Peletier, 23-25 rue de Provence and 15-17 rue Chauchat in Paris.

The agreement was signed on 15 December 2021, and completed on 23 March 2022. NBIM will receive €127.9m for its 50 per cent ownership interest. The property was acquired by the partnership in 2011.

The buyer of the property is Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault. The property consists of 9,796 square metres of office space.
