Minna Helle appointed vice chair of Ilmarinen board

Ilmarinen has appointed Confederation of Finnish Industries CEO, Minna Helle, as a member and vice chair of its board of directors.

Helle was elected to the board by Ilmarinen's Supervisory Board at its meeting on 16 June 2026.

At the board's subsequent organisational meeting that same day, she was also appointed vice chair of the board and a member of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Helle succeeds Jyri Häkämies, who had served as vice chair of Ilmarinen's board of directors since 2012.

Ilmarinen is Finland's largest earnings-related pension insurance company and one of the country's largest institutional investors.

The company said details of the full composition of its board of directors and committees are available on its website.
