Swedish pension provider Länsförsäkringar has added four new funds to its selected pension fund offering from 22 September 2025.
The new additions are Acadian Global Equity, BlackRock Tactical Opportunities, RBC Emerging Markets ex China, and Wellington Enduring Infrastructure.
According to the provider’s fund price listings, the new investments are now available within the pension fund segment and each sits in its respective investment category, expanding the offering across global equities, alternatives, emerging markets, and infrastructure.
The Acadian Global Equity fund provides exposure to global equities, with a management fee of 0.65 per cent and a risk level of 5 on Länsförsäkringar’s seven-point scale.
BlackRock Tactical Opportunities, an absolute return fund focused on macro trading, carries a management fee of 1.10 per cent and is also rated at risk level 5.
The RBC Emerging Markets ex China fund, an actively managed equity fund targeting emerging markets excluding China, has a management fee of 0.85 per cent and a higher risk level of 6.
Finally, Wellington Enduring Infrastructure, which invests across sectors such as energy supply, transport, water, telecommunications and social infrastructure, has a management fee of 0.75 per cent and a risk level of 4.
Länsförsäkringar stressed that its selected fund offering is continuously reviewed by independent evaluators, based on factors such as return potential and sustainability.
All four of the new funds are classified under the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) Article 8, meaning they promote environmental or social characteristics.
The provider added that the inclusion of the new funds is intended to further complement its range within these categories.
Despite a turbulent start to the year, Swedish investors have adopted an optimistic outlook for the rest of 2025, emphasising the need to maintain a long-term perspective and balance in savings.
So far this year, Länsförsäkringar’s flagship index and active strategies have delivered positive results, with the Länsförsäkringar Sverige Index fund up 6.2 per cent year-to-date, and its Europa Index and Europa Aktiv funds showing gains of between 1 and 5 per cent.
