Gisela Knuts to continue as Veritas chair

Finnish earnings-related pension provider Veritas has confirmed that independent arbitrator, Gisela Knuts, is to continue as chair of the board of directors in 2025.

In addition, The Finnish Confederation of Professionals’ director of social impact, Taina Vallander, will continue as vice chair.

The meeting also saw the election of the members of the board's committees. Björn Teir (Chairman), Gisela Knuts and Lasse Svens continu as members of the Investment and Risk Committee. Meri Lindström and Antti Tanskanen were elected as new members.

Gisela Knuts (Chair), Henrik Karlsson and Taina Vallander continue as members of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee. Panu Routila was elected as a new member.

Stefan Kapténs (Chairman) and Andreas Remmer continue on the Audit Committee. Gisela Knuts and Niko Pankka were elected as new members.
