Gisela Knuts to continue as Veritas chair

Finnish earnings-related pension provider, Veritas, has revealed that Gisela Knuts is to continue as its chair of the board.

The re-election of Knuts took place at a meeting on 30 January 2024. Taina Vallander, director of social impact, STTK, continues as vice-chairman.

During the meeting, the board's committee members were also elected. The board elected Björn Teir as chairman of the investment and risk committee. Gisela Knuts, Martin Paasi and Lasse Svens continue as members.

Gisela Knuts (chairman), Henriks Karlsson, Antti Tanskanen and Taina Vallander continue in the appointment and remuneration committee.

Stefan Kapténs (chairman), Andreas Remmer, Panu Routila and Taina Vallander continue in the audit committee.
