FRR launches tender for management of transition operations

France’s Fonds de Réserve pour les Retraites (FRR) has launched an open tender to select two investment service providers specialising in transition operations.

As investment service providers, the winners of the tender will carry out investment and divestment transactions to create and develop the portfolios managed by the asset managers.

This will be done, FRR explained, by executing buy and sell orders for financial instruments issued by the fund’s management teams, under the best possible conditions of execution and confidentiality.

The contracts will run for an initial four-year period, with the option of a one-year extension.

The tender aims to renew the previous contract and support the development of FRR’s portfolios.

Interested applicants have until Wednesday, 4 November 2026, 12pm Paris time, to respond to the FRR under the conditions specified in the tender rules.
