APG Group reappoints Annette Mosman as CEO

APG Group has appointed Annette Mosman for a second term as its CEO, with effect from 1 March 2025.

The reappointment is for a four-year term and has been approved by shareholders.

In her role as CEO, Mosman is responsible for strategy, corporate affairs, human resources, and audit of APG Group. She also oversees the business unit that manages pension administration and the transition to the renewed pension system of the eight pension fund clients.

Prior to her appointment as the APG Group CEO in 2021, Mosman was a member of APG’s executive board as chief financial revolution officer from 2018, in which she was responsible for finance, risk management, IT, and data.

Before joining APG Mosman was Generali Netherlands CEO, KPMG Advisory associate partner.

In addition to this, she was elected as top woman of the year in the Netherlands in 2022 and has championed women’s financial independence. She is also a member of the steering committee of the National Coalition for Financial Health.

Commenting on Mosman’s appointment, APG Supervisory Board chairman, Peter Bommel, said: “I am extremely pleased that Annette has committed herself to APG for another four years.

“We are on the eve of the biggest pension reform ever, which will involve a major transformation of APG. Annette has successfully completed her first term as CEO.

“The Supervisory Board has enjoyed working with Annette in the past four years. We have come to know her as a professional and dedicated director.

“Her great expertise and experience in the field of finance and strategy, combined with her inspiring management style, are of great value to APG. An important and challenging period is beginning for the pension sector as we shift to the renewed pension system.

“The Supervisory Board is pleased to have an experienced and connecting force like Annette at the helm during this period.”
