AP Pension shakes up composition of executive board

Sweden's AP Pension has adjusted the composition of its executive board.

The changes mean that chief digital officer (CDO), Jette Haarup-Jensen, will resign from her position in AP Pension, and at the same time there will be a redistribution of responsibilities between the remaining members of the executive board.

The change comes into force as of 1 February 2024 and means that the executive board of AP Pension will henceforth consist of three people. Managing director (CEO), Bo Normann Rasmussen, commercial director (CCO), Janni Bové Schou and financial director (CFO), Thomas Møller.

"As a consequence of the change, there will be a redistribution of responsibilities between the three remaining members of the executive board. This means, among other things, that the responsibility for technology, business development, core development and business data will in future lie with CEO, Bo Normann Rasmussen, while commercial director, Janni Bové Schou, will take over responsibility for customer service and at retirement. In the same connection, CFO Thomas Møller takes over responsibility for group relations and governance from Janni Bové Schou," the pension company stated.
