Veritas appoints Kalle Riitahaara as director of its major customer services unit

Finnish earnings-related pension provider Veritas has announced the appointment of Kalle Riitahaara as director of the major customer services unit.

Riitahaara has over 20 years of experience in the insurance, banking and finance sectors as well as in coaching business leaders.

Before joining Veritas, he worked as a management consultant at ERA Group and as an insurance broker at Söderberg & Partners.

During his career, Riitahaara has held roles at If, Sampo Liv, Nordea, Fennia, Realia Group and as an entrepreneur and management consultant.

In this new role, Riitahaara will be responsible for managing the services for large companies and managing the team.

Commenting on his appointment, Riitahaara said: “I feel that in this role, I can benefit from all my accumulated experience and build an efficient and meaningful business together with the team and customers. I feel enthusiastic and motivated.”
