Sweden's FTN announces preliminary procurement of Swedish and European equity funds

The Swedish Fund Selection Agency (FTN) has announced the preliminary procurement specifications for the procurement of actively managed, small-cap Swedish and European equity funds.

The fund platform includes 14 actively managed Swedish small-cap funds, with assets under management (AUM) of approximately SEK 44bn.

European small-cap funds consist of five funds with approximately SEK 6bn in capital.

In total, the procurements will affect 334,000 premium pension savers.

Earlier this week, The Swedish Pensions Agency (SPA) announced, on behalf of the FTN and itself, the procurement of two sustainability analysis systems of financial portfolios and securities.

The systems will be standard systems to be used off-the-shelf and the deadline for submitting tenders in the procurement is 15 April 2025.
