- BNP Paribas Asset Management has launched an index fund focused on green, social and sustainability bonds, integrating an environmental, social and governance (ESG) approach.
Listed since 7 April 2022 on Euronext Paris and Deutsche Börse Xetra, the fund is classified as SFDR Article 9. This is BNPP AM’s third ETF launch since the start of the year and continues the development of its sustainable and thematic index fund range, including low carbon, circular economy, blue (i.e. ocean) economy, green real estate and sustainable infrastructure, as well as medical technology and green hydrogen, launched in March.
- Sweden’s minPension website gained a record number of new users in March.
A total of 88,300 people registered, of whom 56 per cent were under the age of 40 – there are over one million users under the age of 40. The proportion of women was also higher among those newly registered at 53.1 per cent. Of minPension's users, 48.2 per cent are now women.
- Phoenix Group has extended its charity partnership with Samaritans for a second year.
Since the partnership launched in April 2021, Phoenix Group has donated more than £340,000 to Samaritans, a charity that is there for anyone who is “struggling to cope, day and night, 365 days a year”. As well as supporting the charity financially, Phoenix Group staff have attended workplace training courses delivered by Samaritans’ experts, as well as awareness-raising sessions.
