Finnish earnings-related pension provider Elo has appointed Heli Tulisalo as sales director, responsible for growing companies' customer accounts.
She will start her new role no later than 1 April and report to Elo senior vice president, customer relations, Juho Ylinen.
Tulisalo joins Elo from Posti, where she held the role of sales director of e-commerce and delivery services.
Commenting on the appointment, Ylinen said: "One of the priorities of our new strategy is to strengthen the success of Finnish companies and build a humane, sustainable working life."
He said that the reason behind Elo establishing a new role that focuses on this customer segment was due to the provider "having a lot to offer" to fast-growing companies at different stages of growth.
“Heli Tulisalo is just the right person for the new position. She has solid experience in value creation and service sales, as well as a proven track record of effective management of a sales organisation and taking care of the well-being of the team," Ylinen continued.
Tulisalo also expressed her enthusiasm about the new position, saying: “It is great to be able to support the growth and success of our customers together with a competent organisation".
“Elo's strong expertise and investment in customer value create excellent conditions for long-term cooperation at different stages of customer growth. I'm looking forward to getting to know my new colleagues and customers," she added.
