AkademikerPension appoints Carolina Magdalene Maier and Tobias Bornakke Bramsen to board of directors

Danish pension fund AkademikerPension has appointed Carolina Magdalene Maier and Tobias Bornakke Bramsen to its board of directors for a four-year term from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029, following a member election.

Maier and Bramsen, the latter of whom is the current chairman of the board, received the most votes in the board election. Maier received 3,662 votes, and Bramsen received 3,591 votes. The voting percentage was 9.4 per cent, with 14,971 members participating in the digital vote within the deadline.

Maier’s alternate is Peter Busch-Jensen, while Bramsen’s is Lise Mølle Schilde.

The fund said the appointments will support the development of its strategic direction, with the board set to convene in early 2026 to formally constitute itself.
