Speaker profile: Emma Weston-Green

Emma Weston-Green is Scheme Secretary to the Royal Mail Collective Pension Plan, the first CDC scheme to receive authorisation by The Pensions Regulator. Having led the Trustees through the authorisation process, Emma is now working with Trustees and Royal Mail to prepare the scheme for launch. Previously, Emma has worked with the Trustees of other large complex schemes including at British Airways and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. Emma has always been drawn to the governance aspect of pensions and is passionate about building robust and effective governance structures which support Trustees in undertaking their role.
